Wedges Creek Bluegrass Festival
Wedges Creek Hideaway is hosting a weekend of Bluegrass music, activities, and relaxation! Enjoy live music, food, beverages, camping and the great outdoors!
Event Details
POLICIES & PROCEDURES:
Event grounds will open Friday, September 19th at 10:00 AM and all attendees will need to exit the event grounds by 2:00pm on Sunday, September 21st.
WRISTBANDS: Bring your ticket or email pass to receive the designated wristband, map, and schedule. Your wristband will give you access into the event grounds and campground. Wedges Creek and Camp Victory are not responsible for lost wristbands.
TICKET OPTIONS: Early Bird, Full Weekend, Friday Only, and Saturday Only.
REFUNDS: No refunds for festival tickets. In the event of rain, we have an indoor stage and covered viewing.
PARKING: A music ticket is required for general parking of your vehicle on event grounds. If you don't have a music ticket, you will not be given access to the event grounds. General and tent camping parking is in the designated lot. Campers (travel trailer, Class B and C RV) and car campers will be directed to the field camping area. There will be no in and out privileges due to safety.
FOOD/REFRESHMENTS: Wedges Creek's restaurant and General Store will have published hours and a variety of food, drink, ice, and gifts!
ACCESS:
*There will be no access to the event grounds or campground without the purchase of a music ticket
*Drive slow, watch for pedestrians!
*Do not remove or cut trees (Firewood available on site)
*No firearms or fireworks allowed on event grounds
*Quiet hours will begin at 1:00 AM
*No pets are allowed on event grounds for this event, except for documented service animals. Pets in camping area are allowed on a leash at campsite as long as not disruptive. Owners of disruptive pets will forfeit privilege of camping.
*No food or alcohol carry-ins are allowed into the event area, except water. There will be beer, wine, and food and water stations available.

All camping sites are rustic, non-electric sites with exception of cabins and limited number of powered campsites found on LODGING page. There will be many types of camping/lodging options for attendees to choose from:
*Rustic tent camping (20' x30' space) in the Pines - included with ticket.
*Car Camping (20' x 30' space) - $30/full weekend
*Travel Trailer/Class B & C RV Sites (20' x 30' space) - $40/full weekend
*Class A RV Sites - $50/full weekend
*Cabins/Electric campsites available - through LODGING page link.
No refunds for camping reservations.

*Cars are not permitted into the Pines tent camping area.
*No open fires allowed in the Pines tent camping area. Community fire rings will be provided. No unattended campfires.
*Fires will be allowed in car camping and travel trailer/class B & C RV camping sites, however fire rings deposit is required to use one or bring your own.
*Firewood will also be available for purchase on-site.
*1 tent is allowed per rustic camping ticket purchase.
*1 vehicle and 2 tents are allowed per car camping space.
*"Saving" campsites will not be allowed. If you intend to camp with a specific group, arrive with your group together.
*Generators are allowed and will be assigned to generator friendly sites upon check in.
*All visitors and camping vehicles to remain onsite until Sunday....in/out travel not permitted.
