POLICIES & PROCEDURES:

Event grounds will open Friday, August 2nd at 10:00am and all attendees will need to exit the event grounds by 2:00pm on Sunday, August 4th. 

WRISTBANDS: Bring your ticket or email pass to receive the designated wristband, map, and schedule. Your wristband will give you access into the event grounds and campground. Wedges Creek and Camp Victory are not responsible for lost wristbands. 

TICKET OPTIONS: Friday night only $30/Saturday night only $60 Friday+Saturday $70

REFUNDS: No refunds for festival tickets.

PARKING: A music ticket is required for general parking of your vehicle on event grounds. If you don't have a music ticket, you will not be given access to the event grounds. General and tent camping parking is in the designated lot. Campers (travel trailer, Class B and C RV) and car campers will be directed to the field camping area. There will be no in and out privileges due to safety.

RULES: 
*There will be no access to the event grounds or campground without the purchase of a music ticket
*Drive slow
*Do not remove or cut trees (Firewood available for purchase)
*No firearms or fireworks allowed on event grounds
*Quiet hours will begin at 1:00am
*No pets are allowed on event grounds for this event, except for documented service animals
*No food or alcohol carry-ins are allowed into the event area, except water. There will be beer, wine, and food stations available.

CAMPING:
All camping sites are rustic, non-electric sites with exception of cabins and campsites found on lodging page.  There will be many types of camping/lodging options for attendees to choose from:
*Rustic (tent) Camping in the Pines - $5/full weekend
*Car Camping (20' x 30' space) - $40/full weekend
*Travel Trailer/Class B & C RV Sites (20' x 30' space) - $45/full weekend
*Class A RV Sites - $55/full weekend
*Cabins available - through Lodging page link.
No refunds for camping reservations.

CAMPING RULES:
*Cars are not permitted into the Pines tent camping area.
*No open fires allowed in the Pines tent camping area. Community fire rings will be provided.
*Fires will be allowed in car camping and travel trailer/class B & C RV camping sites, however fire rings deposit is required to use one or bring your own.
*Firewood will also be available for purchase on-site.
*1 tent is allowed per rustic camping ticket purchase.
*1 vehicle and 2 tents are allowed per car camping space.
*"Saving" campsites will not be allowed. If you intend to camp with a specific group, arrive with your group together.
*Generators are allowed and will be assigned to generator friendly sites upon check in.
*All visitors and camping vehicles to remain onsite until Sunday....in/out travel not permitted.

EVENT GROUNDS & ON-SITE AMENITIES

GROUND CONDITIONS: Flat, grassy terrain in the event areas and campground areas.  ADA accessible buildings. The rustic camping is located in a field with uneven locations.

RESTROOMS: There will be ADA accessible portajohns on-site.

WATER: Water locations are defined on the map and bottle water is available for purchase.

FIREWOOD/ICE: Firewood and ice will be for sale at the General Store.

FOOD: Wedges Creek will have its brick oven pizza available. There will also be a Camp Victory burger tent along with coffee and breakfast items available in the event barn.  Hours: 8 am-9 pm.

DISC GOLF:  Saturday onsite 9 Hole Disc Golf tournament to win great prizes. 18 hole Disc Golf "Flex start" Tournament on Sunday at nearby Five Seasons.
